By accessing or using the Ennoia website ("Site") and engaging with our research publications, visual designs, monographs, and digital resources (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Ennoia Lab is a virtual, interdisciplinary research think tank dedicated to foundational inquiries in metaphysics, theoretical science, and contemplative study. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

All original research, written treatises, and visual artifacts produced by Ennoia Lab—including the mathematical sacred geometry glyph system (the Lotus, Kamala, Pushpa, Sahasrara, Yantra, Padma, Arch, Bindu, Sri Yantra, and Nada marks)—are protected under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Under this international license:
- Attribution (BY): You must give appropriate credit to "Ennoia Lab", provide a link to the original source at
ennoia.in, and indicate if reference was made in an academic or educational context. - Non-Commercial (NC): You may not use the materials, designs, or glyph artifacts for commercial purposes, including merchandise, product branding, paid services, or commercial advertising.
- No Derivatives (ND): If you remix, transform, vectorize, or build upon the visual artifacts or glyphs, you may not distribute the modified material.
3. AI Training & Scraping Prohibition
The automated extraction, scraping, crawling, or downloading of SVG source code, mathematical path data, geometric formulas, or rasterized exports of our visual glyphs and published texts for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, distilling, or evaluating artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or generative neural networks is strictly and unconditionally prohibited without explicit written consent.
4. Academic Citation & Research Integrity
Non-commercial research use and academic citation of our published findings and monographs are encouraged, provided that full bibliographic attribution is credited to "Ennoia Lab". Published materials must be cited in proper context without distorting the underlying metaphysical or scientific thesis, and may not be used to imply endorsement of external commercial products.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All materials and services are provided on an "AS IS" basis for contemplative, educational, and non-commercial research purposes. Ennoia Lab makes no express or implied warranties regarding completeness or commercial suitability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ennoia Lab shall not be liable for any damages resulting from reliance on our published materials.
